Jeep and Dodge have recalled 75 electric vehicles (EVs) because they could roll away when in Park mode.

Recalled models include 26 units of the Jeep Wagoneer S from model years 2024-2025 and 49 units of the Dodge Charger Daytona from model years 2024-2025.

The companies tell federal safety officials that a park pawl return spring may have been installed incorrectly in the cars. That could leave the cars able to roll even when parked.

Dealers will replace the entire module that contains the spring to fix the problem.
