Kia has recalled 11,327 Niro EV SUVs from model years 2020-2022 because their rearview cameras can fail.
The company tells federal safety officials that voltage surges in the rearview camera’s power circuit can short out the camera, leaving it inoperable.
Dealers will replace the camera with “an improved one” to prevent the problem.
