The Kelley Blue Book Fair Purchase Price for any individual used vehicle can vary greatly according to mileage, condition, location, and other factors. Introduction
A multi-year Kelley Blue Book Best Buy Award winner, the 2022 Audi Q5 is a go-to in the luxury compact SUV space, even against world-class competition from the BMW X3, Mercedes-Benz GLC, Lexus NX, and others. Refreshed for the 2021 model year, the Q5 received an enhanced safety suite, improved technology, and a fresh new look inside and out; consequently, the 2022 model received less significant powertrain and styling updates. A consistent fan favorite in Audi’s portfolio, the Q5 distinguishes itself with a choice of powertrains, more standard power, and a laundry list of standard driver assistance and comfort features.

KBB Review Highlights
Comfort, convenience, luxury, and excellent driving manners allow the Q5 to rise to the top of a strong class with the Acura RDX, BMW X3, and Lexus NX. The 2021 updates granted the Q5 a more comprehensive range of powertrains, a new body type, and an enhanced interior, and 2022’s updates continued the trend, with the S line exterior look also made standard, in addition to the new base engine and a larger battery in the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV).
The 2022 Q5’s exterior is handsome and conservatively styled. The wide grille is prominent and catches the eye. Tall side air intakes pull the eye across to the new horizontal trim between the taillights and turn down into a horizontal diffuser. The result is a clean style that looks polished and radiates pure luxury.
Building on a solid base in the Premium trim, the Q5, regardless of body style, comes laden with premium features, including tri-zone automatic climate control, LED headlights, keyless entry, and a power tailgate. The Q5 range diverges into three powertrains, each available in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trims. The new base engine in the Q5 40 TFSI makes 201 horsepower, and the 45 TFSI outputs 261 hp. The Q5 55 TFSI e, the PHEV model, generates 362 hp and gets 61 MPGe. All Q5 models come with standard all-wheel drive (AWD) and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
The available Virtual Cockpit Plus replaces the traditional instrument cluster with a larger screen, and the 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system in the upper trims is worth consideration if you’re looking to max out technology and luxury.
